The restaurant

 

We offer our guests a typical traditional seafood cuisine, with an always careful choice and the use of fish from the Adriatic Sea.

Our workhorse is the Brodetto alla Silvarola, the so-called "lu vridittucce silvarole", as the old local sailors call it.

Then there are spaghetti with clams, fried fish, mixed starters (raw, cold and hot appetizers), grilled fish and much more.

Each ingredient is carefully selected, the presentation of the dishes is never left to chance, and our waiters are trained in order to give you the best experience ever.
